The receptionist and consultant we got was very friendly and helpful, and switched to English to accommodate and was happy to answer our questions. There was a little wait but we accomplished what we needed to do easily, it was much appreciated!
Worst experience with them. They give false information for you to not leave them. Does not cover simple creams nor dental cleanings. It's a waste of money tbh. They lure expats with English support but no support is given when you actually need. Will also do a formal complaint.
Everything is in English until you want to access a service - then expect cancelations and incorrect bookings. If you want to leave? I wouldn't suggest it - attempt to terminate the contract at your own sanity... every loophole imagineable comes to play, every email gets ignored and once again I'm back to doing their jobs for them to get the service I need. Is there any humans/ signs of life back there?
What a surprise ! Entrance is easy to find, desk officer polite, even friendly, the place is clean, it was not crowded at all when i went (Thursday afternoon). They ask if you prefer to talk in English or German before inviting you to sit in a waiting room (5minutes not even) where the person in charge with you comes to pick you up. At the desk, the person was listening, invested and answered my questions in few minutes with professionalism. Damn TK you made it easier!
Friendly receptionist. Consultant was very helpful and friendly, filled out all the required documents with great care.
The place is comfortable and big, the worker who attended me was super efficient and nice, she explained everything nicely
TK in general is great, they even have special english customer service hotline, which is rare in Germany. And as a person who has critical illness, they really make it easy to use, and also the TK Berlin office also have young staff, so they can speak german. Even though i always try to open with my basic German, they always smile and patiently answer me but also asked, " we could also speak in English. thank you TK
It's a terrible insurance. I am a student in Germany, and I always pay my TK (Techniker Krankenkasse) on time. They just took 1000 euros from my bank statement without notifying me. What's worse is that they didn't inform me about it in general. Due to the current political situation, my parents are unable to transfer money to me, which makes this situation even more distressing. It's amazing how they have treated me, and when I try to address the issue, they talk to me as if it's not a big deal. It's incredibly frustrating and unfair
